InnovationFlow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

A user-id and password can only be obtained after completing the registration procedure, including the consent to the processing of personal information. A User-id and password allows researchers to access the reserved area and enter information and documents that will be used within the limits and for the purposes of the initiative.

If a user-id and password should not be released, the data collected during the registration procedure will be deleted.

All personal data, information on research projects and documents in the website will be available to pharmaceutical companies registered at the website.

The description of the research project must not contain details of a confidential nature and must be written in compliance with patent laws.

The researcher must obtain written permission from any pharmaceutical industry he wishes to mention in the proposal. This authorization should then be sent to info@innovationflow.it. The researcher is responsible for the absence of such authorization.

The companies potentially interested in the project will directly contact the author of the project and agree together on the most suitable way for a possible collaboration.

The researcher who uses the website is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the entered information.

The researcher will have access only to the information entered by himself and not those entered by other researchers.

Each project remains the property of the authors.

Storage of information in the website does not bind the researcher to the exclusive use of this website.

To publish the research projects on the website, all information provided by researchers will be validated by a Scientific Committee, composed of representatives of SIF. Once validated, the projects will be published on the area dedicated to pharmaceutical companies registered at the website.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to publish the information entered by researchers, if this may infringe the patent laws and guidelines in force, even in the field of bioethics, or if it is deemed harmful to the image of SIF and Farmindustria and Associates they represent; the committee may also remove research projects which are considered obsolete from the website.

Farmindustria cannot be held in any way liable for the adverse consequences of any nature that anyone may suffer as a result of the content published on the portal.

Consent clause

I have read and specifically approved the terms of use of the portal “InnovationFlow” and its privacy policy.

I authorize SIF, pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree n ° 196/2003, to the processing of my personal data for entering of information about the research project on the portal “InnovationFlow”.

 

Privacy Disclosure

Pursuant to art 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n ° 196 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and EU Regulation 679/2016 will make the following information:

  • All personal data, information on research projects and documents contained in the website will be used exclusively for the purposes of the website and in compliance with the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR);
  • the interested party may at any time exercise the rights in accordance with Art. 7 of the Decrees and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  • Italian Society of Pharmacology is the holder of the processed data;
  • Italian Society of Pharmacology Viale Abruzzi 32 -20131 Milano is responsible for processing the data
